3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 50jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 50jili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify 50jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 50jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 50jili reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance.

50jili does not accept deposits via credit cards (in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts) or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 50jili account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 50jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.
4.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 50jili account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any illegal activity. 50jili complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your 50jili account and that is registered in your name. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Processing Times. 50jili aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
5.4 Verification Requirement. 50jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5.5 Bonus Wagering. Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 50jili are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. 50jili reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on account history, verification status, or other factors at its sole discretion.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. 50jili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
6.5 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins have an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonuses or free spins that expire will be removed from your account without compensation.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 50jili Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
7.2 Minimum & Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account status. These limits are displayed within each game.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 50jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. The decision of 50jili's technical team regarding malfunctions is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
7.4 Disconnection. 50jili is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
7.5 RNG Certification. All non-live games on the 50jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 50jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. 50jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 50jili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. 50jili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or cyberattacks.
50jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
50jili complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers and regulatory authorities as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your 50jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
13.2 Termination by 50jili. 50jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) 50jili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) 50jili reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, 50jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 50jili Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 50jili's customer support team. 50jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that 50jili has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through its official channels.
50jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 50jili will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1.
